Jeff Casterline has always felt a deep connection to the ocean. Born in Port Huron, Michigan, and raised in Jensen Beach, Florida, Jeff has spent much of his life near the coast. After attending high school in Greensboro, North Carolina, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he also met his wife, Caryn, who shares his passion for real estate.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Jeff has built an impressive career marked by numerous achievements. He began in the mortgage industry but quickly realized his true passion lay in real estate. In 2004, he earned his Real Estate Broker licenses in both South and North Carolina and relocated to Myrtle Beach.
